Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Bedrite! We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

  1. Type of Product: We specialize in physical goods, specifically beds.

  2. Return Period: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. 

  3. Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the bed must be unused and still in its original plastic packaging.

  4. Refunds: Should a customer return their mattress/bed under the 5 days and full inspection was done, the customer can expect their refund to reflect on their side in 7-14 working days. A 20% will also be deducted from the bed’s price.

  5. Refund Method: Refunds are normally processed via the original payment method. Please note that a collection fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  6. Exclusions: Used beds or beds with stains are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  7. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we will arrange the collection of the item.

  8. Process for Returns: To initiate a return or exchange, please send an enquiry to customercare@shopabed.co.za. Our customer care team will guide you through the process.

  9. Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

  10. Damaged or Defective Items: If your product is physically damaged due to customer abuse, it cannot be refunded. However, if there is a factory fault, please contact us directly at customercare@shopabed.co.za for assistance.

  11. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
