What's the Difference Between a Warranty and a Guarantee?

Warranty: The service warranty covers the remaining period after the guarantee expires. During this time, you may need to pay part of the repair or replacement cost, depending on how much time is left.

Guarantee: A factory guarantee repair or replacement period is against faulty workmanship and faulty materials, not extending to damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse or negligence.

Note: If any type of stain is visible on your mattress you will not be able to claim your warranty or guarantee. We suggest you buy a Waterproof Mattress Protector to avoid this.

Use a Mattress protector! As per our Guarantee & Warranty policy, it will be voided should there be any stain marks on your mattress. 

Clean

Use a damp cloth with Handy Andy if there is a visible mark on your mattress.

Maintain

If the mattress is turnable you can turn it once every 3 months. If not turnable then you can rotate your mattress every 3 months.
